Akbar Nour

Akbar Nour is a doctoral researcher at the University of Bern’s Institute of Social Anthropology. His current research focuses on ‘‘Religiosity and citizenship amongst young Swiss muslim adults: an ethnographic account’’. He has a solid academic
background in political science, development, forced migration and post-war recovery studies (Switzerland and Great Britain). He is part of the Swiss graduate programme in anthropology.
